Overview: We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented professional to own the financial and operational "engine" of our office. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the satisfaction of a perfectly balanced ledger, the efficiency of a well-run system, and the creativity that comes from running a team. You won’t just be supervising; you will be the primary driver of our daily financial processing, commission accuracy, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Financial Processing: Own the end-to-end processing of real estate commissions, ensuring every penny is accounted for and distributed accurately.
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable/receivable, monthly billing for agents, and prepare all files for the monthly transmittal and closing.
- Systems Execution: Directly manage the onboarding data-entry process and maintain the integrity of our internal databases and Google Suite resources.
- Operational Accuracy: Act as the "final eye" on all office paperwork to ensure 100% compliance with brokerage and financial standards.
- Administrative Logistics: Provide high-level support for office events and trainings, ensuring the physical and digital setup is flawless.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must love the "Grind" of Details: You are someone who finds peace in checklists and reconciled accounts.
- Accounting: 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or financial administration experience is required.
- Tech-Forward: Expert-level Google Sheets skills. You should be comfortable moving between multiple software platforms simultaneously.
Real Estate Experience:
- A major plus, but a high EQ and financial IQ are the priority.
