The Success & Operations Coordinator is a highly organized, relationship-driven professional who supports our team through exceptional communication, event planning, and systems management. This role is the heartbeat of our office culture and productivity, working closely with leadership to ensure our team members have the tools, training, and support they need to thrive.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, in-person
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Flexibility: Occasional evening hours for special events (communicated in advance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Provide high-level administrative support through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team meetings, networking functions, and large-scale annual summits.
- Logistics Management: Oversee office calendars, virtual meeting platforms (Zoom), and training room logistics.
- Onboarding: Manage the new-hire pipeline and lead onboarding sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.
- Internal Communications: Design and distribute weekly internal newsletters and company-wide updates.
- Professional Development: Curate a monthly training calendar and assist leadership with tracking productivity and performance goals.
- Digital Presence: Manage internal social media groups and create engaging graphics, emails, and digital event invitations.
- Systems Resource: Act as the primary point of contact for internal software, document templates, and digital workflows.
- Operational Support: Assist with basic financial processing (commissions/invoicing) and provide administrative coverage as needed.
- Culture Advocacy: Participate in internal committees to drive company culture, education, and community initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
